ProSquad Roofing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates prosquadroofing.com, including our instant roof estimator. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to give you an accurate roof estimate and respond to your inquiry, we use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find us, and we never sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you request an instant estimate or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the property address you want priced. If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, we automatically collect technical and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, screen size, language, time zone, the pages you visit, how far you scroll, how long you stay, and how you interacted with our estimator (for example, whether an estimate was started or completed). We assign a random session identifier and a browser identifier so we can recognize repeat visits, and we record how you found us — such as the referring website, search terms, or the ad you clicked (including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Reddit click identifiers).

Estimator data

To produce an instant estimate, we look up the property address you enter using mapping and satellite-imagery services (including Google Maps and Google Solar) and compute roof measurements from that imagery. The address, measurements, and resulting price range are stored with your inquiry so we can follow up and prepare an accurate quote.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic, Vercel Analytics for performance monitoring, and advertising tags from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and are governed by their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google’s personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

How we use information

We use the information above to generate your roof estimate, respond to your inquiry and schedule inspections, prepare quotes, improve the website and estimator, measure and improve our advertising, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you become a customer, we use your information to perform the work and service the warranty.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — such as website and database hosting (Vercel, Render), mapping and imagery (Google), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), and workflow tools that route your inquiry to us (for example, Zapier) — and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.

Retention

We keep inquiry and estimate records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing chris@prosquadroofing.com or calling 802-557-1328. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law, including Vermont law.

Children

Our site and services are intended for homeowners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update it here and revise the effective date above.
