Gutters + guards

Seamless gutters that move the water where it belongs.

Gutters have one job: carry roof water away from your siding, windows, and foundation. We install seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts, plus gutter guards where they make sense, either as part of a new roof or as a job on their own.

Seamless gutters and gutter guards: example installation

Why ProSquad

Gutters planned as part of the roof edge, not an afterthought.

Installed with your roof project or scheduled on its own.

  • Seamless runs: no joints along the length to open up and drip
  • Planned with the roof edge, so the drip edge, eave ice and water protection, and gutter work together
  • Downspouts placed to carry water away from the foundation, not onto a walkway where it refreezes
  • Straight talk on gutter guards: where they help, and where Vermont snow and ice make them more trouble than they're worth
  • Gutter-only jobs welcome. No roof project required

Standard scope

What's included.

No surprise add-ons. Same standard scope on every gutters project.

  • Seamless aluminum gutters made to length for each run
  • Downspouts and outlets positioned to move water away from the house
  • Pitch set so water drains to the downspouts instead of standing in the trough
  • Gutter guards, if you want them and they suit your roof

Materials

Top-tier systems only.

Brand depends on the specifics of your roof. We'll explain the tradeoffs on-site.

  • Seamless aluminum gutters
  • Downspouts
  • Gutter guards (optional)

What's included

A roof that holds up.

Most roofs fail at the same six places. We engineer against each one. Built to endure Vermont winters, designed to last decades.

  • Built to handle ice dams

Code says 3 ft of ice-and-water shield from the eave. We install 6 ft. Plus every valley and every penetration. Ice dams find weak seams.

  • Designed to endure 100+ mph wind

High-nail-zone fastening. Hidden hangers. Drip edge on every job. Lake Champlain wind doesn't get a vote.

  • Ventilation that protects the deck

Soffit-to-ridge airflow stops ice dams from the inside out. We'll show you what's wrong with your current setup. We'll fix it.

  • Where roofs actually fail

Hidden fasteners on metal. Step flashing under siding. Pipe boots replaced, not painted. The details that decide if a roof leaks at year 10.

  • Accountable from tear-off to cleanup

We manage every job. Materials, scheduling, install, cleanup. Photo report at every stage. The buck stops with us.

  • Quality materials, built to last

Top-tier shingles and metal panels. Low-VOC underlayments. The systems we'd put on our own homes.

FAQ

Common questions.

I had ice dams last winter. What damage should I check for?
Ice dams force water under the shingle line, where it can rot decking, soak insulation, and stain ceilings. Common signs: stained drywall in upstairs rooms, mold/mildew in attic insulation, or peeling paint at the eaves. We'll check the attic and the roof and tell you what we find. With photos.
